Was at the restaurant, considered one of the top in Istra. The food is very good and goes clearly in the fine dining direction: very interesting matching of taste. Truffles very good but not exceptional apart from the egg with mousse that was outstanding. Too much time between courses of the degustation menu.

The service is the slowest ever. They got our orders wrong multiple times. We waited for our food for more than 2 hours. I, for sure am not be coming back ever again.

Very popular location but unfortunately not as good as previous years. From the beginning: 3 of 4 dirty glasses. Starters were fine as expected, amis bouche as well. One of the two ordered main courses were wrong. We’ve ordered fish with truffles, but a different meal was served (fish with herbs and spices). Instead of taking it back and serving the right order, the wrong dish was “corrected” by adding truffles, which had absolutely no taste or smell at all. There was no “sorry” whatsoever. Our wine glasses were constantly empty, no one asked if we wished more wine. Because of the sophisticated location, we’ll give them probably one more chance.
