Positive: Relatively cheap Landlady very nice Excellent location, not even a 2-minute walk to a number of restaurants, the city, the beach, the harbor and shops and a Konzum shop Working air conditioning, refrigerator + kitchen Balcony with space for the clothes horse and table plus 2 chairs including a parasol Negative: Generator from the climate outside of the apartment (we had an apartment on the top floor) extremely loud Water from the tap can only be used for dishes (really unpleasant smell in the bathroom) Walls noisy Bed hard and squeaks very hard When it rains heavier, it comes through the ceiling in 2 of 3 rooms and not a little Sofa was not cleaned properly, dog hair + girlfriend and child were covered with (we assume) flea bites Parking in the street behind the house (no protection for the car, which we suffered the hard way = scratches in the door) The 3 parking spaces on the property, which are secured by the large gate, are only for the lower, nicer apartments on the ground floor For the price and the location it would be a really great apartment, but the negative points were still a huge thorn in our side, which is why we won't stay there again.

Beautiful large terrace surrounded by greenery. Spacious apartment on the ground floor. It is a pity that the equipment of the fine kitchen inventory was quite deficient. Apartment in a dilapidated condition. The asking price is absolutely not in line with the structure. Dirty walls, smelly bathroom, very uncomfortable parking, lots of noise at night. The owner also was very rude, an experience to forget.
