Hotel Gran Vista Plava Laguna

Very clean rooms. The staff is helpful. The environment is clean and well-cared. If you want some chill, it's a good place for. For me the only negative thing, there isn't an elevator between the first room-level, and the reception level. You have to climb some stairs to reach your room. Although I can recommend it!

Good clean hotel food good also

Bathroom. Why on earth would you jam a bathroom to such a small place? There are 3 full size wardrobes in the room but I can barely get into the shower trying to pass next to the toilet. I would gladly stay in 1m2 smaller room if you would add that 1m2 to the bathroom. Decoration is not my type but some might have liked it... 20 years ago. Stairs. Lots of them. There are elevators but it's impossible to go from the parking lot to your roor without significant amount of stairs. Absolute NO for strollers or elderly people. Food is okay and many. Staff is friendly. There are many hotels nearby. Choose another one.

beautiful location, good services around the hotel. The staff is friendly, food is average but not bad. However the rooms are dirty, the bathroom is a joke, AC is very loud but almost useless, the mattress gives a good pain in the back.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, delicious, the waitresses stoped never, they changed the used dishes, refilled the empty bowls and so on. The rooms, tha garden was super clean :) The staff was always helpful and nice :) I am sure, that we will return!
