HEP ODS Elektra Karlovac, Pogon Duga Resa

Here is a compliment for the employees of HEP, Duga Resa branch office. On Christmas Eve itself, I was left without electricity and by the time we realized that it was a breakdown in the network (it occasionally came and went), it was already afternoon. I called the electrician on duty and believed that he would not like what I was calling because of the problem. I was grossly mistaken, the man was very kind and accommodating, and came to the scene in less than 20 minutes. The fault was rectified in about ten minutes, the zero wire on the connecting cable was broken. The electrician was still very kind and accommodating and explained that due to the malfunction there is a possibility of malfunction on some appliances in the house. It was only later that I determined that the man was right, the TV and room antenna, the music line component, the bathroom cabinet, the cell phone charger and 10 energy saving light bulbs burned out. Since the second day was Christmas and then the weekend, I only went today to report the damage. Once again, I came across friendly and accommodating employees with whose help I was able to make an inventory and report of components for repair or write-off. I would like to once again thank the employees of HEP, Duga Resa branch for their help and kindness, and I wish everyone a happy and successful New Year with as few interventions as possible!
