The apartment is located in an apartment block that does not leave a good impression from the outside. It's completely different when you step into it. Modern furniture, tidy, clean, tv, wifi, everything you need in the kitchen (including salt, coffee, sugar, oil, pepper). In the immediate vicinity there is a market, which is open until 9pm. So, I recommend this choice. Not far away is access to the lake.
