If you buy a stove with them I assume they are in the mood for consulting related equipment. But do not hope which word of reason if, for example, you want to buy a flue system for a pellet stove if you have not bought one from them. OK, I can understand that this is the way to do business, but it definitely does not deserve a rating higher than a unit.
