Very rude staff.

At the clinic, we performed an EEG with a three-year-old with suspected autism spectrum disorder. The very reason for coming was already stressful and painful enough for me as a parent, it didn't help even the tired child who screams and cries out loud "sorry mom" thinking he did something bad so that's why it happens to him. Med teh told me to let him dash on his cell phone to calm down and when he finally fell asleep she just told me to be calm so he didn’t wake up. Since he was sitting on my lap, my cell phone remained in my hand and I read articles about autism and quietly cried for all 50 minutes as long as the EEG lasted. To come to read the findings from the neuropediatrician I hear her commenting very rudely - "the most important thing in her life is happening to her, and she's on her cell phone all the time. What a mom!" And she slammed the door angrily. I note that at no point was I warned that my cell phone might interfere with recording. The neuropediatrician in question then came out and read the finding to me in the hallway with the words "eeg is neat. I had to write on the finding that you were on your cell phone so that someone wouldn't interpret one part as a deviation." And that was it. As the first 800 kn paid recording so that my findings could be read in those words in the hallway after my motherhood was called out at the gossip party of doctors and nurses, and so loud that I could hear them in the hallway. Secondly, you can really be ashamed of such an approach to a parent who comes with a child whose father has difficulties. To me, my child is everything in the world and I will bypass your clinic in a wide arc and thus recommend it to everyone.
