I wanted to write a big thank you to the Svjetlost Eye Clinic. At short notice (same week), I had reached out from New York and asked if they could see my 80year old who was coming to Zagreb for his 80th surprise party. Not only were they incredibly nice from an administrative viewpoint, they also managed to find him an appointment immediately after he landed at the airport. Dr. Anton was incredibly great and funny with my dad and the whole experience should serve as a beacon for what medical practice should be like. Thank you again to all the staff (especially Ariana), and everyone else involved. I will always remember and be forever grateful!

Other than fancy sofas and high prices not very different from a regular visit to the doctor/hospital. Endless waiting, doctors in a rush and not dedicating time to the patients, and nurses applying dilating eye drops to patients in the waiting room is just a part of the image. Hiwevee, this is based just on my experience of tests run at the 1st floor, and the experience may be entirely different depending on the type of tests you need or the doctors you get.

They are not able to book time for for examination 3 weeks ahead, yet they have no slots 10 days ahead. Utterly unprofessional and obviously they don't care about patients

The only thing I can say is 5 star for everything.
