Highly professional medical staff, but the queuing system needs sorting out. The nurses lack tact and proper manners when dealing with patients, which is a huge downside for an otherwise excellent clinic.

Extremely unprofessional. I was yelled at to hurry and physically pushed. The lady was speaking on the phone while taking my blood sample. I would never come back

Kindness on the phone 0. Answer: Hello. I called this morning to ask for some information, the conversation was: hello, we don’t, hi. Shame, you wouldn't check me out for free. Send staff to a communication skills course.

A political clinic where professionalism and warmth take you in the first step when you enter! Sister Marina at the reception is very professional, kind, guides you through the check-ups and gives you the information you need to feel informed, cared for and comfortable. The gynecologist and internist at utz exceeded my expectations. Easy Politics Clinic + 10-professionalism, warmth, decency and patient awareness at its peak! All praise - all nurses and doctors should learn from them !!! I'm thrilled and I'm coming back for sure!
