Great hosts, great service and perfect location!
Nice place with crystal clean sea water
At the turn of June and July I was in Drašnice, Croatia and it was a very successful stay. Drašnice is a small town on the Makarska Riviera, located right by the sea. There is one hotel, apartment houses, a promenade along the sea, a harbor with cruise ships, a small center with a church, market and open air bars.
The Hotel Plaża, where we stayed, has a fantastic service - it is a young team very obliging, willing to help, for example, with carrying luggage.
The food was very tasty. There was a choice of meat, fish, pasta, traditional Balkan dishes such as cevapi. There was always an extra help.
Time passed on the beach with nice white pebbles and pristine water, and on walks in the immediate vicinity.
The neighboring towns of Igrane and Živogošće can also be reached on foot.
I remember Drašnice as a place for a quiet, carefree vacation.
I do not recommend the hotel, old and run down. What is not shown in the photos. Everything is falling apart in the rooms, they are not cleaned, and if you have a problem they are in a mess. 0 the service is not nice, you have to pay and not to disturb. The worst hotel we have stayed in. Very low standard.
Nice little hotel. Food and accommodation satisfactory. Rooms spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff fantastic, especially Kata and Petra (big hello). The location of the hotel is top notch. Beautiful beach with umbrellas and deck chairs
