Staff welcoming and helpful, rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Rooms smaller than average and shower rooms also small. Not much natural light making it all feel a bit claustrophobic. Balconies also small and walled so once sitting you cannot see over the wall. Hotel very quirky with loads of areas for sitting, bathing and relaxing. Dining room quite small but if you catch it at the right time there is plenty of seating. Likewise for queuing at the food counters. At the moment not self service due to covid, staff helpful but portions can be not quite what you hoped for. Food very good, nice choices and well cooked. Lots of pools and play areas, but not all open again due to covid and late season. Drinks limited on the all inclusive menu and snacks not the best we have experienced but still fine. Great location near to beaches and Supertar Town.

Looks like a museum of massive tourism from the time of Yugoslavia. It can be better, if they just reorganize it and invest in quality instead of quantity

We had a fantastic time. The entire staff was polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Food was good and plentiful. The room was comfortable and kept clean bt the staff. I would certainly come back.

Lots to do and see, staff so friendly and helpful, food plentiful and varied, rooms kept immaculately cleaning staff as was all the resort, unfortunately Thomas Cook folded whilst we were there, can only praise Alex our rep for his proffesionalism, kept us informed at all times and could not have been more helpful.
