Heritage Hotel Life Palace

We spent the most beautiful holiday at Hotel Life Palace in summer 2020. The staff was absolutely adorable, they organized us anything from some fresh fruit for the room to a really nice massage. We could even pick our room from two in the same category. And when we ordered breakfast in bed the next day, they added ice cream. We felt like princesses and can't wait to be back. Bonus: They have their own bakery with pies to die for.

I stayed here for three nights and this converted Venetian Mansion hotel is charming! The lovely people who work at the hotel are pleasant, helpful and fun! They went out of there way to make sure that I had a nice experience even during the time of Covid lockdown and I cannot thank them enough!

Great service. Nice rooms. Great location. The wellness facilities are a Finnish sauna and a hot tub. Unfortunately we could/did not use these facilities during our stay, because one of the two was broken and they were waiting for the part. Other than that a great experience.

The best y can get around center, also refund your daily parking unlike other hotels around who have no parking arrangements.

Horrible experience!!! We had a breakfast there, omelette and croissant. I can not even call it omelette, it was dry with two cheery tomatoes aside, not tasty at all and croissant was not the best quality either for the price they are asking for it. After complaint about the food served we just get answer it’s omelette what do you expect... it’s unacceptable to treat your guest like that. We got extra fruit plate but I would appreciate much more just openness to constructive critique. Overpriced and not worth to visit
