How much do you have to hate guests when someone walks in to inquire about the price and availability, then says they'd prefer to book on the Airbnb listing to avoid paying international credit card charge fees, and the employee pushily tries to get you to pay with your card at the desk anyway, and says there's no such listing when you just looked at it the night before and then offer to show it to them. Instead of just saying ok, they say ominously "go ahead, we'll see if it works" and walks off. You should probably brief your work staff on your Airbnb listings for bunks priced at, yes, magically coincidental, the price that the staff member says in person, yet claims does not exist on Airbnb. All in all, I went to a different place and paid more to simply avoid dealing with the terrible attitude and willingness to hassle a guest that has already stated they intend to book, but now will not do business with you since the staff wants to be rude about it. Sending money out the door. It's Croatia, after all.

WiFi didn't work and the receptionist didn't care. She wasn't able to give me any info about buses or ferries. Lots of dirty dishes in the sink. The toilets have sliding doors and right next to the shower is a urinal which makes the area smell like pee. The room was noisy when people went up and down the stairs. A guy was sleeping on the couch in common area. I left after one night even though the location is good. Definitely not worth the price. I suggest finding a different hostel.

Awesome receptionist, who is still super friendly although she just got bitten by a Rottweiler and still had to work. God respect!!! PS, I was looking at a room from outside really creepily and it is totally the hostel’s fault that someone felt unsafe about it and give this hostel a one star review LOL

I enjoyed the hostel. It's definitely, more than anything, a budget hostel. When I visited Zadar it was the cheapest option but it's nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The bar downstairs is quite noisy but when I got to bed it was quiet. The reception was helpful and nice. And they do check in until 2300 which was good for me. Enjoy.

This was the worst hostel I've ever slept in! On the site it was stated you could check in at 2 but the host told us to wait 10 min., an hour later me and my friends were still waiting. After the check in they put us in a room with 3 other persons but on the website it was clearly stated that we would get a room with one other guest. We also had to pay more than the price We saw on the website. The host told us all the other rooms were booked therefor there was no solution for this problem. The pictures on the website are also not a good representation of what the rooms and the bathrooms really look like.
