After losing a week waiting for the delivery of the washing machine (delayed every day without explanation), I told the delivery service to return it to the sender with the completion of the form of unilateral termination of the contract to which I am entitled. After that, Frigo & co refuses me until the last day of the legal deadline, ie 14 days waiting for a refund, even though I never saw the washing machine. Washer ordered 30.12, money returned 31.1. Avoid in wide arc.
