Just terrible service. They claim they tried to deliver the package but never actually do. Just leave the note in the mailbox. But the worst part is, they even claim they tried to deliver 5+ days in the past. And they return package after 5 days. So there is even now way to pick up the shipment!!!

They are the worst, they hold a monopoly in Croatia for many services, but if you can possibly avoid using their services by all means do. They will lose your packages, charge you inexplicable charges, damage your parcel, and never, never ever answer the phone or give you a useful information. They are the epitome of all that's wrong with this country.

Fake "delivery attempted" notification - I was home when they claim they attempted the delivery. No one picks up the phone when you need to talk to dispatcher. Had to go there - didn't help. They are rude, unprofessional. Avoid using their services by all means.
