News from 1669-1692. they speak of a wooden chapel, which stood on Gradišće before today. This old wooden one was built sometime after 1650 because the visits from 1642 and 1650 do not mention this chapel. (...) This wooden chapel was in good condition when the present day began to be built in 1692, which was completed by 1696. The reason for the construction of the new one was clearly in the desire of the villagers to have a better chapel building. It can be seen from the gifts of the elders that there is a lively interest in the chapel, so construction started. The tower was added later. (...) probably in 1705 (...)
