Really all praise to the gentleman who receives and issues goods ... but that's why the horror remains. I took 2 jackets, a mattress cover and a small rug and when I came for it, I could only take one jacket because the rest was not washed at all. The second time I come for it, the jacket is okay, the carpet and the cover again no way. And here I come for the third time and again not washed at all + new stains that were not there before..I am very disappointed ...
