The slowest service in the universe.
Such a shame wasting people's time like this.
And you can't get them on the phone, no one's picking up, for days now.
Just bad. Plain bad.
The example how NOT to work - disaster. Whole company should be and example for economics universities - every company should EVERYTHING opposite. The worst company in Europe, by far.
Impossible to get on a phone.
Scary. Not that the service is bad, but it’s so bad that you don’t know whether to cry or laugh. Van delivery services as well as the disinterest of your delivery people are so shocking that I am surprised every time I get the service I pay for. The vendors are not able to print a notice note to pick up the shipment at least at the other end of town, but invent how it was left and do not notify in any way. The website does not contain any information on how to act during the COVID-19 pandemic. Submitting 159 complaints and grievances also doesn’t yield results given how employees feel they are untouchable and God-given and don’t have to do the only job they get paid for. Quantum physics. There have been fewer situations like this before, but this is just scary now.
They don't answer the phone. In a small pile of packages, they can't find the one in the party's name, but send it to the completely wrong address to look for it. As the party does not put up with this situation, but insists, the package is found. Terrible how much non-business, indolence and I really care about the attitude towards work and clients.
