We left them a carpet to dry clean. After 3 ie. the carpet was returned damaged and smeared than it was! At first I thought they just packed it as we handed it to them, but when I opened it I saw that their hair was pulled out, it was more oily than when we took it away (when left with them it was not damaged, smeared or stained , just dusty and needed to be refreshed a bit) and full of plastic brush bristles. When we vacuum it it is cleaner than after their “dry cleaning”! Never again! Of course, I cannot prove that the carpet was left undamaged and in better condition than when it was returned. In the end, it didn't occur to me to paint it, and they initially distance themselves from everything (in the Terms of Business it says that they are not responsible for any damage to things).

The two jackets that were left were returned in the same condition. The spots remained in the same place. The jackets do not smell as washed but as if they were just packed and returned. Also the SMS did not arrive that the service was performed. Extremely high cost for poor service quality. Avoid.
