Indeed, there is a lot of staff working here, especially if you compare it to the other t-com offices. Apart from that you do really need to wait a lot of time for regular payment of the bills or similar. It seems like the staff is getting a bonuses by making a new contracts for a new clients and services, and that could be a reason for the wait

Everything went well until we saw that Tv is not working anymore. Even there wasn’t our problem that is not working ( one year ago they connected to a satellite which one is not in their possession and now it’s not possible anymore) , they refuse to cancel contract and the lady from front desk “throw “ us out... saying that someone will come and that person never came! Shame on you how you treat clients when you have difficulties!

Skinny two. There is no good signal in Veliko Brdo, neither in summer nor in winter. Shame!!!
