Rent a Car Makarska - NOVA

I've had an exceptionally good experience with Nova Rent a Car Makarska. They delivered the car to me and they really went out of their way to provide me with everything I needed. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mijo and Mr. Kleme for their effort. The car was like new. I would highly recommend Nova Rent a Car Makarska. Their service is amazing.

We rented a car in Makarska in July 2019 and all I can say is that the service was great! We had good contact with Ena Vidović from the beginning. She replied back to all our emails within a couple of hours. Mijo and Kleme from the Makarska office have given us great service! They helped us with the rent of a scooter in Brac on the first day and offered us that we can pick up the car after office hours. The same night Kleme came back to the office around 21h15 to give us the car so we had a full day in Brac. Amazing service! We had some bad luck on the day of departure as we got a parking fine. Mijo and Kleme proposed us that we can pay them the money and that they will go to the post office on Monday to pay for the fine. We had to catch the bus to Dubrovnik that afternoon. Kleme also brought us to the bus station so that we didn't have to carry with our bags without additional payment. I can really recommend Nova Cars for everyone visiting Croatia.
