Villa Jezero

Me and my husband been 5 times to Mljet, 3 times we stayed at villa Jezero. This is the best place to experience what the National park has to offer. Situated in a pine tree forest and just few meters from the water you can see all the wild life (owls, kingfishers, mongoose ) and a perfect place for star gazing away from the artificial lights. Very generous balconies and not overlooked. The hosts are very hospitable. We were self catering and sometimes having a meal cooked for us at the villa, which was fantastic with fresh fish and vegetables cooked on the open fire. Water pressure in the shower was good considering the difficulty delivering water in a National Park. We want to say thank you to Toni and his family and hope we will be staying there again!!!

Awful accommodation. Mlijet is great. But villa is a disaster. Ive never been in such a poorly maintained apartment. The last renovation was done probably 50 years ago.

Beautiful place,great for rest,biking,swiming ...very nice people,owner,stuff ...lots off butterflies which explains how healthy and clean the nature is....best vacation ever

Beautiful place with great hosting

Amazing place for these who love nature in all her aspects and quiet. It's perfect for a weekend or to spend a week to chill out and enjoy the beauty of the Small and Big Lake within National Park of Mljet. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and can even offer a very tasty dinner (with extra but very reasonable charge). The apartments we were accommodated were comfortable and had basic stuff you need. Both with terraces and sun beds. Something I would recommend: get a good products or tricks for wasps (as already said, pure nature ;) ).
