Guesthouse Sobra

Good position and beautiful view of the sea. Anyway too expensive for the offer: we found few bugs and the bathroom is very small. Forniture is old and ruined. They accept only cash. The owner is kind but he didn't give us any info about the island, where to go or to eat etc

Good value for money in a great location.

Incredibly loving owners, very nice and kind. The Mrs doesn't speak English that well, but she can say what needs to be said. Rooms are very tidy and comfy, there's a kitchen with some rooms, aswell as both private and shared bathrooms depending on your choice. All pretty clean, nice views etc. If you want to eat, there's a nice restaurant down the road. Protip: have dinner in the village 'Okukulje' (15 min by car). It's very silent and beautiful there. If you're planning on staying on the island (Mljet) for a while, do get yourself some stuff from a bigger supermarket, such as the ones in 'Ston' or even Dubrovnik, there's not that many choice on the island outside of restaurants and bars.

The room is fine, comfortable bed, clean. The complaint is that there are not enough glasses for water in the kitchen, there are no hangers or some hooks in the bathroom to hang things. In one, two nights it's okay.
