Fast wifi, electric socket right next to you & drivers wearing Covid-19 mask during entire trip (Split to Zagreb & back)... Seeing all this previous reviews, this was sincerly pleasant trip!

Everything is fine except the drivers behavior. Extremely unprofessional and rude. On their page and on the information desk, its stated that you can transport pets with you as long as they dont disturb other passengers. Before we even entered the bus, the driver was like: "you can put your cat in the trunk". I had to argue him so i can carry her with me. Also he compared my cat to a cow and a horse. He said, "imagine if i transported a horse in this bus" . Yes. My cat is definitely the size of 2 football fields, and shes extremely misbehaved. Literally what she did the whole trip is just sleep calmly. Not to mention they are not wearing masks and consuming stuff in the bus while covid is on a rampage in split and makarska.

Unprofessional drivers without COVID-19 masks during pandemic! Low hygiene standards!

Nice and peaceful, beautiful nature...

Had to pay 20 % extra for having a luggage!
