Villa Lugano

Clean, comfortable and beautiful views. Very close to city center, waking distance. Family who own it are friendly and respectful. Would definitely return when in Rovinj!

Great location very clean and well-kept apartments equipped. The kind and attentive host speaks Italian. Wonderful holiday

I stayed 7 nights with my girlfriend. The apartment was a nice studio apartment, with bathroom and kitchenette. There were already kitchen utensils and crockery, in addition to everything necessary for cleaning and drying. There was also a microwave and obviously a fridge. The room looked very clean and well furnished, large and comfortable bed, table suitable for dining for two, air conditioning and a balcony. Many parking spaces in front of the property, even if both the beach and the center are easily reachable on foot. The owners were available and also spoke Italian. The only negative note: walls a little thin. The first night in the apartment below ours, the customers returned at 3 am and for an hour they messed up and put on loud music.
