BRIST Extra Virgin Olive Oil Shop

We stopped at the store for a tasting and also did the evening tour, both were great. The tasting was informative and a great way to experience the different oils on its own. All were superb, brilliant job explaining the differences in flavor. The evening tour was fun and educational. Paul was a great Guide and answered all questions about olive oil and more. The food after the tour was tasty, fresh and more than we expected, a dinner portion. Brist was a highlight of our Croatia trip and we are glad we bought some oil for home. On a side note, it’s a kid friendly activity ! The tour was an easy walk and they even had a high chair for our little one !

Wonderful people, we had the pleasure of getting a life changing lesson on olive oils. We learned so much and had plenty of fun. The olive like are like nothing else we tried in our lives. Thank you!

Sunset Tour was amazing; we thought we'd get a bit of bread with the oil tasting, but we got a whole platter with cheese, ham, fruit, etc. The tour itself was very informative and interesting, and not only did we learn about olive trees and tasting, but also a bit about the history of that place. I can only recommend.
