Terrible service ... working hours are until 7 pm not until 8 pm ..

I sent the package 15 days ago, it is nowhere to be found, and their response is that they are not able to check where the package is. When I told them that I wanted to pay for the damage, they immediately found the package in the warehouse ...... the package was there for 7 days. Lazy and incompetent people who still make fools of people in this difficult situation.

I've been calling 10 times already and they don't answer the phone at all, shame! The package was not delivered at all!
