The chapel is located in Kusonju - Pakrac. It was built on the location of the house (house number 55), ie the place where 18 members of "A" company 105 Bjelovar Company and two members of the police force in Mali Gospa were killed on September 8, 1991. Unfortunately, on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of the destruction (September 8, 1993) of our knights, three more people were killed and 15 were injured when laying wreaths on the wall of the house. The Association of Families of the Killed War Veterans and the Association of Families of the Killed War Veterans in 1991 - 1993 annually organize a "Passage of the Truth" from the memorial memorial Rakov creek and a mass choke at the Little Lady Chapel in Kusonje.

The Chapel in Kusonjama was built in memory of 18 tragically killed members of "A" of the 105th Brigade of the ZNG Bjelovar and 2 members of the Ministry of Interior on 08. june 1991, and 3 members of the mortal defendants of the mine when laying the wreath on the 2nd anniversary of this tragedy 08. june 1993.
