The sympathy and kindness of Esther and her husband are unparalleled, then if you want to understand more you will have to visit them. However, given that not everyone likes the same things, it is necessary to make some clarifications. The villa is a bit outside the center of Lopar which can still be reached on foot in 10 minutes, it is a countryside area with vegetable gardens, vines where hens and sheep will keep you company. The location is convenient to reach what for me are the best beaches on the island: Ciganka, Dubac, Sahara, these are beaches in the natural state that are not equipped and can only be reached on foot or by boat. If you prefer to rent a sun umbrella in Rajska, this is about a kilometer away and then you will want to use the car. One last thing: if you go in September as I usually do, Ester will not let you leave without first giving you some of her grapes!

Communication and the apartment all Tippi toppi. The location is unfortunately not good and is on top of the mountain.

The best vacation in Croatia! Accommodation: Ante and Ester are very nice and good people. Accommodation clean, 2 bathrooms are a great thing. For those looking for peace, quiet and rural, this accommodation is ideal. Lopar: The beaches need to be reached by car (at first we naively thought that by bike :-)) and then on foot, but we found out that this is the best we can do for ourselves on vacation. All secluded beaches "Sturič, Dubač, Luria, Podšilo, Sahara, ...." are really amazing and access to them should be enjoyed, because it is a combination of alpine walkway mostly in a dense pine forest, so if you want to go on vacation to the sea , or to the mountains, here you have two in one. Gradual entry into the water (sometimes 500m from the shore to the water belt), very clean and at the same time very warm water, sand, forests all around, relatively few people. Attention - almost all these benefits are lost on the "Rajská" beach (I don't know why she got a blue ribbon, but I would take it from her immediately). Rab is also a very nice town with a beautiful park (again mostly pines), while it is not as crowded as other resorts (eg in Trogir, Split, Zadar, Makarska there are a lot of people who bother us personally).
