Clean, friendly staff, good enough for 3 star hotel.
Great place for holidays relaxation.
We have ordered a room in the hotel but they told us that it is in the pavilions. They gave us a filthy nasty room that was not cleaned for years. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room in the pavilion that is completely new except for the bathroom so we accepted this. The way they talked to us and said there is no other option was unacceptable, but as soon as I asked for the boss of the hotel they could arrange the other room. The food is really bad and I mean really really bad. Tables are nasty, it smells weird in the restaurant. Dinner is at 7 in the evening we came 7:10 and a lot of food was already gone. There was no choice at all we had to go eat somewhere else because the food was worse than hospital food. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Please
