Rab is a beautiful Island. Perfect for families with small children. Accomodation was really nice, big and clean, parking space included. Paradise beach is 2 min away by walk.

One star is too much for this property. Booked for 6 people, equipment is hardly enough for 4 people. The 5th bed (it should be 6!) Was junk, so we squeezed together and had to spread over 4 beds and floor. What the kitchen should be is cramped and dirty. The dishes and cutlery were hardly available. The landlord (husband and wife) do not seem to coordinate with each other. Payment was agreed upon departure (with the woman), the man asked for payment on the second day and did not hand over the passports (which were given to the woman to register). The icing on the cake: the same couple has play equipment for children on Paradise Beach (Lopar). We were there with our children (unfortunately). Halfway through the time, the children should go downstairs because they played "too crazy". Of course there was no return of the money. Strong recommendation: Stay away from everything that this family does on the island!

Never against. Ants in the kitchen, dishes to dispose of, dirty disgusting showers, too many stairs, nothing for children. A disgusting smell.
