Beautiful modern, new accommodation. The apartment is beautifully furnished. Great sea views, the terrace is very nice. Staff at Hotel Malin, which manages Villa Rina, are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would complain about are some imperfections, such as the refrigerator and the freezer, which did not close and were so poorly cooled and frozen. Narrow entrance to the upper parking lot, where it is also very difficult to see the road, where cars drive relatively fast. The first day we were alone in the villa and we had a lot of ants in the kitchen, but when people moved to the lower floors, the ants decreased significantly, they probably moved lower ... Overall, I rate the accommodation as very nice and I was satisfied. It is a short walk to the center of Malinská, about a 7-minute walk. Villa Rina provides accommodation with dogs, for which I was also grateful, only the fee is quite high for my taste - 10 euros / day. Thank you very much and I'm happy to visit again :)

We booked an apartment here. The pictures were very promising, but unfortunately they did not correspond to reality with us. When we got to the apartment there was hair and even tufts of hair in all rooms on the floor. The kitchen didn't really invite you to cook, as it was already mildly moldy under the splash guard and it was covered with dead beetles, the kettle has long since passed its prime, which is why we prefer to heat the water for tea in a pot. The shower was also no longer nice to look at and there were no towel rails or hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Wooden shutters were mounted on all windows. In the evening a light storm came up. Unfortunately, some shutters could no longer be attached because the brackets were defective and so the shutters opened and closed with a loud bang. We therefore attached it with a cord as a makeshift. The beds were clean, but we didn't put our clothes in the rack. All in all, the cleanliness was not acceptable. We felt very uncomfortable in this apartment. A very positive point is the view from the balcony. You can see the traditional houses in the foreground and the sea and mountains in the background.
