Dubrovnik Residence

The room is very basic (tv, bathroom and rather hard bed) and seemed quite expensive. however, the location is fantastic (less than 10 minutes to the old town. Goldi was amazing, great customer service allowing me to check in early. I was having problems with the airport transfer back to the airport and she sorted it for me including changing the pick up location to somewhere far more convinient. 10/10 for service

Choose only as your last resort. It's not a hotel, it's a small room in someone's apartment where you will find everything broken. When I stayed it was listed as a "4 star hotel". Glad to see now it's dropped to "3 star" but that still goes beyond even the furthest stretches of the imagination.

Booked the place last minute. It is shown as 4 star hotel on Expedia for pretty high price but in reality it is old converted apartment. They gave us a very small room which can barely fit one bed. The toilets and washrooms are in the shared corridor. The worst accommodation of the trip and for a pretty high price. The only reason why I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the last who showed it was nice. However if you are looking for a nice accommodation looks somewhere else.

This was booked at very short notice after a nightmare with our previous accommodation. The lady who owns the apartment was lovely, spoke brilliant English and gave us a very in depth view on places in the city and how things worked which was greatly appreciated. Where we stayed had three rooms with the matching bathrooms. Our room and bathroom were nice and clean and the only thing we could fault with it was that the shower head was a little loose... But we easily worked around that. It was explained to us that breakfast was not included but we were told where we could buy it nice and cheaply if we wanted to The location of the apartment was 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the old town. In fact as I write this I am on the beach and am looking at the old town 500 metres away to my right If you decide to stay you won't be disappointed and it is a lovely place to be
