Gallery Emanuel Vidovic

I would pay a visit if being near Deocletian Palace. Nice museum presenting mostly the work of Croatian artist - Emanuel Vidovic , but what I was more fond of was the temporary exhibition. I also liked the artist's room setup with interactive illuminated pieces, it was fun. A downer for me was the fact that not all pieces and information presented had an English equivalent, which made it harder to be fully and truly an enjoyable experience.

Vidovic was a significant Croatian painter. The gallery is mainly devoted to his output. There is an informative video concerning his career.There are also temporary exhibitions. This is a beautiful gallery in a renovated Romanesque house.

Nice gallery and on tuesday and sunday it's free! Absolutely deserves a visit
