Really great experience with this company. This is the second time I have used them. The first I took the trip and it was easy and hassle free. This past time I had a ticket booked and then the COVID bans prevented travel. They immediately reached out to offer us a choice of either a FULL refund or a voucher for later use. I was really impressed and grateful that they didn't take advantage of the situation and try to evade reimbursing for non-used ticket. I will book with them again once travel is safe once more.
