Don't rent a car here. I'm still waiting to get my deposit back. I called and texted several times. They say that they will put the money back, but never do. You can't trust this agancy.

☡☡☡ Very disappointed for the excursions! ☡☡☡ When registering for the excursion, no identity data is noted (no cover in case of problems) No note taking of a phone number. We were dropped off at the place of excursion with only one piece of information: the meeting point and the time of return. Then you have to pay the entrance to your excursion place (It was a park for our part) Note that you pay the excursion at the agency! (180kn / pers) (in addition to the entry below ... (180kn / pers)) We were 6. 2160 kn -> 310 € Then the height: We involuntarily have a delay of 20 minutes at the meeting point for the return. Surprise! More buses (minivan 14pers.) We were left behind !! (no contact to find out if we had not had a problem since we had not taken our phone number) After several attempts of explanations by telephone we are hung up on the nose several times. Last response received "take a bus". Luckily a reception lady in a hotel located in the park kindly contacted us a taxi to pick us up (no bus to cover the 84 kms !!! back) Taxi price (800kn -> 117 €). Of course arrived at the point of the agency the boss (very unfriendly) never wanted to intervene on the costs. (while his minivan brought us back forever) To make it shorter the excursion was in fact just a round trip in a minivan without insurance. We strongly advise against it.
