Never again, lost my whole deposit, cancelled my charter because of covid travel warning lvl6 and did not get back my money! Money is more important then customer....
Really pleased with the service, the ship was top end, people were really nice, and after we left a watch there by mistake, they solved the problem for us and got their friend from our home city to bring the watch back, without the shipping costs!
I can only recommend them!
We rented a yacht for a week. There was a lot of bugs. The toilet didn't worked. They needed 8 hours to fix it. We lost one day. Next day we realized that to yacht is sinking because they fixed the toilet in a way that the water was getting inside the boat. Another couple hours lost. The manager is rude and do not care about boats and safety of the clients.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I gave 1 star because I can't give 0 star.
They took our money for something that We didn't break. Boat was in very bad condition. Almost everything was broken even floor, cealling and toilet. We Lost first Day for repears. We Has to called mechanic everyday. Manager is rude.
