The worst. 1. I emailed to get some planning help weeks before, my reply came when we were on the boat. No help at all. Confusing to say the least. 2. What I asked for regarding dates were either changed or ignored. Cost us 4 hotel room nights. 3. Check in staff was not welcoming or pleasant in any way at all. We were an inconvenience. 4. Boat had problems, but was very nice. Our week of sailing was amazing until.... 5. ..... the ac shoreline had been tripping all week, leaving us without ac. Before leaving port we told them about the problem, they didn’t care and sent us on our way. The last night it blew and fused the the marinas power supply. We returned to port 1.5 hours late. We were berated by the dock hand. When I brought this up in the office, they didn’t care yet again and told me there were VIP’s coming and imagine how they felt. Told me I should have come in the night before, if I couldn’t get there on time. On and on it went. Are you kidding??? That’s is not customer service in any way. It made me feel sick after such a lovely week. Our “Salty Crew” were all insulted. There are plenty of Charter companies, stay away from these amateurs. if you don’t mind being treated poorly, go for it, the boat was nice.

Reception staff and technicians are great. But make sure you survey the boat with details and let nothing unwritten including missing items and small scratches, cracks, stains, anything because management will charge abusive repair prices for anything they consider your fault. Take photos, make sure you write down.

Although we started our vacation by braking our boat rudder when leaving the port, Navigare changed our boat within one hour with a similar one. Everyone from the company was so friendly and encourage us to continue our holiday without getting a skipper. Our domestic power batteries where not holding power and even if we where 100 miles away from Navigare base they replaced the batteries within 24 hours. The experience was just amazing and we will defiantly come back!
