WORST Airline ever!!! I paid for upgraded seats and had email confirmation. They changed my seats from business to economy without notice. When I questioned the change at the ticket counter they said we can’t do anything and literally just walked away. I was told a refund wasn’t an option. The rudest people with zero customer service skills.

Worse experience ever. Our whole vacation was ruined by the mad inexperience young woman in check in desk. After all that disrespect and unprofessional behavior she told us with her bad English “to go different country next time” just because I said I wish my children didn’t have this bad memories because of you. Then they complain about why tourists keep getting less and less every year, who would want to come back if the airline representatives tells them to go different country. Even I live here but for sure my next summer vacation is going to be “in different country”!

This is the worst airline company. We were an hour delayed coming from Gatwick to Split. No one told us what was happening as we waited the hour on the plane with no staff around to reassure us or inform of us or what was going on. On the way back home it's much of the same with a delay and no info as to why. Avoid this company like the plague.
