Great rental company. Everything went well from the check-in until the check out, and we got a free upgrade to a Vitara. The office is 1 minute by car from the airport, but they will come to get you and bring you from and to the terminal. Thank you !

The people at Prestige were very kind and helpful. Daniel went out of his way to ensure that returning the car went well. The actual cost of renting the car was somewhat confusing but in the end it was OK. I had to pay extra because I'm over 60 which is a bit unfair I think. With so many years' experience, I should say LESS!

We recommend. It may not be the cheapest provider. For many supposedly "cheap" providers, there are still several costs to add and in the end nothing is cheap anymore. Here you play with open cards. Particularly to be had is the accessibility. It does not matter if the flight is very late in the morning or late in the evening - no problem. Vehicle will be brought to the airport on arrival; Office is in the immediate vicinity of the airport, and when leaving the vehicle is delivered to the office and you are still driven to the airport. Communication German and English easily possible. Even with vehicle breakdowns such as a flat tire is helped quickly and easily. As in the last few years, we will rent our vehicle there again this year for a September vacation.

Unreliable and not recommended! It is a mistake to have someone wait about 1h at the airport (with baby) and that at half past 11.Then, full to full according to the contract was actually agreed. This was not respected and we received a car whose tank was only enough for 100km. So, of course, it can be extra speculated that the tenant leaves more in the tank when returning, as it was the case with us. When the car return outside the opening hours, for which an extra fee was paid in advance and a time was agreed, no staff was on site ... it had to be waited and called again. I certainly will not take this rental again. Where the good reviews come from is a mystery to me. Even if you do not book directly with the rental itself, but with a third party car rental one should expect an optimal service. After all, the rented car was in very good condition and the staff friendly, there is the one star.
