I could never drive a car in this state, paying that I paid. Perhaps because I paid in advance, the airport shop staff felt that I could accept a car that was not in conditions. So I requested another car from the same group that had not completely scratched as was the Jaguar they wanted to deliver me. They said there weren't, although they were numerous in the park. They said they only had one Dacia car from the lower group below, Group D. Dacia Duster 1.3 TCE 130FAP. Having no alternative, I had to accept the lower group car, although I was disappointed with its performance on the road, because I wanted a group L car and I took a group D because they did not have one of the group I had paid in due conditions. Since the service they offered me was inferior and not because of me, but because they did not have a car that was not all scratched everywhere, in a condition to be rented to a client, I come to claim the refund of the difference amount I paid from group L to group D, in the different aspects charged: rental value, insurance, additional insurance against all risks. But Alamo did not want to refund me.
