Scammers! Very hard sell for extra insurance, which would double or triple the cost and void any saving from the cheap original quote. Despite me having my own cover. Then on return they've found a miniscule scratch from tree branches, which existed before and was VISIBLE on the check-out photos I've taken, but they rejected stating I should have noted this when taking the car. Then charged me £230 for this damage, which would disappear after £20 wash and polish. But I'm sure they won't do anything with it and try to scam the next customer. That's on top of some random extra £10 charge for a diesel car, which was not advertised anywhere, but just unquestionably appeared in the invoice. Their customer support is non-existent and the contact form on the website just shows errors. Even booking.com representative failed to contact them on my behalf, even though they share responsibility on all bookings.

Great value for money, excellent service. Car was good, guys in office easy to communicate, no any doubts about renting again with you guys. Dont understand other bad reviews , maybe take some time and read terms and conditions before pick up. Guy before me got crazy because they didnt accept his debit card for block deposit (Only charged) and now i see he give them one star here, but it was written in the papers they only accept visa/mastercard credit if you want to block 😅🤫

Hi , we was vacation in Croatia near split and take car over ACE/Goldcar company. First, rules and price of rent car was totally different than when we booking car over the internet. Then we need pay extra insurance what was 160 eur/7days , so allmost same than car rent price or give them credit car deposit 1500 eur what they will give back after one month if everything will be ok. !!! + they charged casoline deposit 750 kuna. After we come back and give car back they didnt find there any problem for car but didnt give back deposit of casoline...they say that will be back after 5 working days...didnt come . !!! Persons who serving you there are not friendly ...that was last time with them and I dont recommend them any one. 0 Star!!! Olkaa varuillaan tämän kyseisen yrityksen kanssa. Olimme lomalla ja erehdyimme vuokraamaan auton ACE/Goldcar yhtiöltä Splitin lentokentällä. Hinnat ja ehdot eivät enään siellä olleet samat kuin auton varatessamme internetin kautta. He vaativat erilisen vakuutuksen ottamisen joka maksoi 160 eur/7päivää tai 1500 eur pantin antamisen luottokortilta. Lisäksi he veloittivat 750 kunan polttoaine pantin jota he eivät koskaan palauttaneet vaikka sanoivat palauttavansa kun auto tuodaan takaisin. Kysyimme pantin palauttamista kun auto palautettiin , meille sanottiin että se palautetaan viiden päivän sisällä. Näin ei koskaan tapahtunut. Emme suosittele kyseisen yrityksen käyttämistä koskaan, tai jos käytätte niin olkaa varuillanne. 0-tähteä tälle palvelulle !!!

Spurious extra charges are added to your invoice without your consent and then it is an uphill battle to get a refund. Use Hertz or Sixt or anyone else. Avoid this shambles.
