Slow to the point of pain. I'm just standing outside waiting for half an hour. During that time, two people did it. I don’t know how many counters are currently working inside, but only two people have come out so far. Three more in front of me, so at this pace for at least another 45 minutes. About an hour and a half of waiting for me to deliver one shipment. And how then can a man not be satisfied with their work.

Simply scary! Nobody answers the phone, the packages are lost or very late and now I have been waiting for an ordinary letter to arrive from another part of Zagreb for more than a week. Who to complain to without success? How to put an end to this? Croatian clay and to the post office.

The postman is reportedly 19.8. tried to deliver a registered consignment of domestic traffic, the receipt of which according to the General Terms and Conditions must be signed. Both my husband and I were at home. It further follows that that same consignment was delivered 21.8 at 13.54. Maybe it is, but not to the addressed recipient or to the stated address! When I asked the post office for a lady to show me the signature of who took it, she said that the postman put it in the mailbox and that the signature was not obligatory, which is not true if you look at the General Terms and Conditions and Article 7. It has happened to me before I sent a registered letter from that branch accidentally "lost". Avoid anyway!
