Sometimes there a lot of people, big lanes, but workers at counters doing their best. Think people should learn to do their business, like paying bills online, no need to visit post office for that. Also postman who delivers packages should do that after 16:00, most people work from 7:00-16:00 so don't see what's the point to trying to deliver packages when you know nobody's at home. Also sometimes when I am at home he just leave notice, no ringing...package cannot be picked the same day, you have to wait for tomorrow? Why?? I cannot understand I cannot pick my package the sane day at 19:00, but it's possible first thing next morning at 8:00?
Since I like stamps and deep into philatelist post should have more options to buy stamps, who needs all those books, and kid stuff made in china!? Get rid of that...
I like the people who works in post office, they are always helpful, smiled and polite. Give them raise! I don't like only when they ask me do I have health insurance, Internet, cable TV...
Cheers, see you tomorrow when I go to pick my package...which arrived in Croatia on 25. Nov, but traveled from Velika Gorica where is main depot to Zagreb 10 long days so I can pick it tomorrow on 04th. December...you have now contract with Amazon, they will not tolerate this long snail mail travelling from one post office to another where is distance only 15km and takes 10 days.
0 stars, to be precise. Avoid if you want a successful delivery of your package.
Collected an item delivered from Paris to Zagreb. Took about 15 mins total including 10 mins waiting in the queue. Staff were friendly and it was quick and painless :)
Often crowded.
Passionate. The package paid to come to my home address is elegantly left in a post office that is not even in our neighborhood. I get an email notification and call the attached number for days. Of course no one answers. He waits for days at the counter. Of the 4 women on the counter, two walk neatly. The wait is too long. Then I complain and get a mail id post so I can complain ... It's like someone will read it ... The post is a horror to us!
