It is not a problem in a particular post office and clerks who do well there often accused of something they are not guilty of in the least, it is not a problem in postmen who do very hard work in very bad conditions ... the problem is in Croatian Post as a company and people manage the same. Due to the fair mentality of the Administration, the quality of performing their basic job is falling, and that is DELIVERY OF POSTAL SHIPMENTS! So, the rating for HP is ZERO !!!!!
