The car was ok, the people working there are of the worst I've seen in car rental companies.

I dont know why people have had such a bad experience because ours was really great. Yes, its a bit out of the way but we got a cheap uber there- no problems. We had booked the car on a Sunday so the dealership they work out of was closed, but a rep was there to meet us. He was really friendly and funny PLUS we got an upgrade to an Audi for free which was amazing! The car was perfect- such a nice car. We dropped the car off on a public holiday, so again the dealership was closed, but again a lovely rep was there to meet us. Very easy pick up/drop off, great car, great service, absolutely no complaints and we would definitely rent from them again.

One of the Worst experiencies we ever had. PLEASE. Do not do nothing with them. They came after half an hour to Zagreb airport with a very dirty car. We thought that was not our but it was. That was the very Start of the bad dream. Did not want yo.give us the correct documents of the contract. Same thing when we gave the car back. The car had no place to charge the movil. PEOPLE EXTREMLY RUDE. Never saw something us that before. Croacia is a beautiful place. Unfortunally this people are the Worst.

I booked a small car online through a comparison portal. The car was clean and full when it was handed over. Even after the return, there were no bad surprises. Will definitely rent here more often.
