Despite the occasional lack, I am often pleasantly surprised by the kind staff, especially today around 1 pm when I was served by a particularly patient and kind employee (counter no. 2) I thank her this way! PS Mother sends cordial greetings to today's security guard who shortened our waiting time with his conversation!
