nonchalantly lost the package
The parcel delivered on Saturday, I was away from home, I am coming to the post office after the 5 day delivery, given on the back of the pick up paper. The package is gone! It was returned to the sender before the deadline! Why????? Nobody knows!! No one even knows the number of the shipment, which is NOT written on a piece of paper, which should be (it is obviously difficult for the postman to write it down, it takes too long)! No one knows where my package is right now, and I need it before Christmas. Disgraceful! Disgusting service !!!
