Despite speaking little English, the smiling lady at counter number 6 kindly gestured to me the envelope options, advised me which was best for my art, and provided me tape, patiently waiting for me to paste my labels to the envelope. Highly recommended.
AVOID ... if you can. Great danger from Covid, measures are not respected, redomat does not work but that is why 1 (one) counter is working.
Live despair, avoid. Out of 9 or 10 counters, only one works and God forbid we hurry a little. Horror.
Desperate service at the office in Gundulićeva. Instead of doing her job, the employee offers payment for the posthumous assistance service and Diners card, which is certainly not the primary activity of the post office. In the meantime, my shipment was lost (probably stolen). I am speechless. The rating is not for a single star. Bottom line!
So you've been waiting for the western part of the hour for the lady at the counter no. 7 (Angela or something) said she didn't care, as she will now because she doesn't know how to use western, and works in the post office at the counter for Western !!!
If only she was kind, she shook off .. misery and shame.
