Flex Rent flex-rent.hr is a huge SCAM! Do not rent here! Prevara! Ne iznajmite automobil od Flex Rent. Hours before I was scheduled to pickup my rental I got an e-mail saying my car is not available, a car I had to paid for in advance (~€300). The owner calls himself Alan Pasic and he’s a small time scam artist. He’s very responsive and polite in all correspondence up to the actual pickup date, then he stops responding. He promises to refund you the money owed but never does. Save your money and go with a reputable rent a car company located at the airport terminal. To avoid bad reviews the owner Alan Pašić keeps changing the name of this business within google maps. Do a web search for Flex Rent Zagreb or Alan Pasic and you’ll learn more. This is a huge scam please don't rent here. Everything is fake and this is going on for years. Numerous people went through hell by renting with this fake company. Hope noone will get trapped in this. Use regular rent a car companies available on the airport terminal!

Watch out people, this man is a cheater, don't get caught up in his polite spikes !!!! He took us 700 e, and neither a car nor a refund! This is his fourth such company, I don't know just what the state institutions are waiting for and how they can't put an end to this man! open similar and continue to plunder! He doesn't have any cars at all, but picks up money and doesn't give anything to anyone!

This is one Thief Alan Pasic, has opened several Thief Firms, after some time, the company collapses, most of which I acquire so that it does not suit anyone.
